Paver Patios & Walkways · Ocean County, NJ

Patios built on what you can't see.

A paver patio lives or dies on its base. Ours are excavated deep, built in compacted lifts, and finished with Cambridge and Techo-Bloc pavers — which is why the surface you see stays flat for decades.

Every patio starts below grade: excavation to stable ground, geotextile where the soil calls for it, dense-graded stone compacted in lifts, and a screeded setting bed. Then — and only then — the pavers you picked.

Walkways get the same construction, scaled down: front entries that make the house, side paths that end the mud, pool surrounds pitched to drain away from the water.

Joints are swept with polymeric sand to lock out weeds and ants. Edges are restrained so nothing walks. And if a utility ever needs to open the ground, pavers lift and relay — a slab cracks.

Wondering what it costs?

We publish the honest breakdown of what moves the price — then put a written itemized estimate in your hands within 48 hours.

Straight answers.

What do you charge for a patio?
Every project is priced individually — size, material, access and base conditions move the number too much for honest ballparks. What we promise instead: a site visit, then a detailed written estimate within 48 hours, itemized so you can compare it line by line against any other quote.
Which pavers do you install?
Cambridge and Techo-Bloc — commercial-spec product lines with manufacturer warranties, in the full range of colors and textures. We bring samples to the site visit.
How long does a patio take?
Most residential patios run two to five build days once materials land — excavation and base the first days, laying and finishing after. We give you the schedule in the written estimate.
Is the work guaranteed?
Three-year workmanship warranty on the construction, on top of the paver manufacturer's warranty. Licensed and insured, with certificates available on request.
