Terms of Service

Project work is governed by your written estimate and contract, which control over anything on this website. Estimates are valid for the period stated on them; site conditions discovered during work that materially change scope are handled by written change order.

Payments follow the schedule in your estimate: deposit to secure the project, progress payment after demo and base preparation, balance at completion. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee where stated on the quote.

Our workmanship warranty runs 3 years from completion and covers our construction; manufacturer warranties cover materials per their terms. Warranty service requires reasonable access and excludes damage from vehicles beyond design load, ground alteration by others, or acts of nature.

Any legal action arising from our work is brought in the courts of Ocean County, New Jersey, under New Jersey law.
